2. Of course, this being Neptune Project, the latter wouldn't be a thing anyway, but still, very pleased with how the album is "compiled", so to say. Normally on trance albums, ambient tracks often end up being filler material, but I feel like here everything is connected very nicely and doesn't feel like it's dragging.

3. Glitch techno is a part of some Microhouse tracks and Neo-Trance is the equivalent of Microhouse but mixed with more of a traditional Trance style and enjoyable by both parties. Many people have begun to step back from Microhouse as a label and use Minimal as genre descripter and a larger umbrella term for this type of music of the last 10 years.

4. Well, absence of singing in trance music does not automatically mean that it is progressive. I worry that this "progressive" label will lead fans of more melodic styles to needlessly steer clear of this release. 5. at the time of it's release this was a real good introduction to some of Chicago's best producers. very good booklet and interviews with all the important producers like Cajmere, Paul Johnson, Boo Williams and of course Felix Da Housecat. a lot of the tunes on CD 2 are still among my favourite Chicago house trax esp. "TA" by Paul Johnson which is a killer and a record i never saw later.
